SOPHOMORE (2022-23):
Prior to the start of the 2022 school year, Cassone competed at the US Open in the men's main draw where he was eliminated in the first round.
FRESHMAN (2021-22):

Ended his rookie season on a nine-match winning streak and totaled a 15-5 mark in singles, including a perfect 9-0 record in Pac-12 play.

Elected to the USTA Collegiate Summer Team midway through summer 2022.

Named Pac-12 Rookie of the Year, ITA Southwest Rookie of the Year, and ITA National Rookie of the Year.

Made the Pac-12 All-Conference First Team.

Against Sad Diego on Feb. 6, Cassone swept No. 1 August Holmgren in straight 6-4, 6-4 sets. The following week he topped No. 9 Daniel De Jonge in three sets (705, 2-6, 7-5) en route to earning his first Pac-12 Player of the Week honor (Feb. 16).

In the fall, Cassone competed at Chowderfest where he picked up a three-set victory over No. 124 Yuta Kikuchi.

Cassone appeared in six singles matches and three doubles matches in the fall. He picked up three singles victories and one doubles victory.
Prep:
- A highly skilled player and the No. 1 prospect out of Kansas, Cassone ranks No. 1 amongst US juniors and No. 131 amongst international juniors (Nov. 19, 2020).
- He's picked up more than 50 wins over the last three years, and he carries a 13.0 rating according to the Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) system.
